How do I book an appointment?

To request an appointment, complete our online appointment request form and provide as much information as possible about your tattoo idea, including:The placement.Approximate size in inches.A description of the design.Reference images.Clear photos of the placement area.Your budget.Your general availability.Submitting the form does not automatically confirm an appointment. Once we review your request, we will contact you with an estimated price range, availability, and the next steps.Appointments are confirmed only after a date has been agreed upon and the required deposit has been received.

How far in advance can I book?

We generally schedule appointments up to two months in advance because Andres regularly travels for tattoo conventions and guest spots.If you are interested in a later date, you may contact us with your preferred month and general availability. Depending on the project, we may be able to discuss a tentative date and confirm it once the schedule is finalized.

How much will my tattoo cost?

Tattoo pricing depends on the size, placement, level of detail, style, color, and estimated time required.After reviewing your appointment request, we will provide an estimated price or price range. This estimate may change if the size, placement, design, or level of detail changes.Large projects and tattoos requiring multiple sessions may be priced by session or by the amount of time required. Final pricing will be discussed before tattooing begins.

Do I need a consultation appointment?

Consultations are recommended for:Sleeves and large-scale projects.Tattoos requiring multiple sessions.Cover-ups.Complex custom designs.Tattoos that need to fit around existing work.Designs being placed in a limited or irregular area.Projects involving several individual tattoos or detailed placement planning.Consultations are complimentary and generally last approximately 30 minutes. The consultation and tattoo session are usually scheduled as separate appointments.Simpler projects can often be discussed through email. Once we review your request, we will let you know whether an in-person consultation is recommended.All consultations must be scheduled in advance.

Do you tattoo minors?

Age requirements depend on the state where the appointment takes place.Maryland appointmentsClients must be at least 16 years old. A parent or legal guardian must provide consent and remain present during the appointment.Please bring:A valid photo ID for the minor, such as a school ID, learner’s permit, or driver’s license.The minor’s birth certificate.A valid government-issued photo ID for the parent or legal guardian.Any additional consent documentation requested before the appointment.All required documents must be presented before the procedure. If the necessary documentation is missing or the relationship cannot be verified, the appointment cannot proceed.Designs and placements must be age-appropriate and are subject to Andres’s approval.New York appointmentsClients must be at least 18 years old. Parental or legal guardian consent does not permit a person under 18 to receive a tattoo in New York.Requirements may be different when Andres works at a convention or guest spot in another state. Contact us before booking if the client is under 18.

Question 6

What should I know about deposits?

Accepted Answer

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.For projects requiring multiple sessions, the deposit is generally applied to the final session.Once an appointment date is offered and confirmed by email, the date will be held for 24 hours while we wait for the deposit. If the deposit is not received within that period, the appointment may be offered to another client.Please do not send a deposit before receiving confirmation and payment instructions from us.

Question 7

What is the rescheduling and cancellation policy?

You may transfer your deposit to a new appointment up to two times when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.The deposit will be forfeited if:You cancel the appointment.You provide less than 48 hours’ notice.You miss the appointment.You arrive too late to complete the scheduled work.You request more than two reschedules.Please keep in mind that Andres may be booked several weeks in advance. If you reschedule, the next available appointment may be later than your original date.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment instructions for the deposit, generally through Venmo or PayPal, will be provided after your appointment has been confirmed.For the remaining balance, cash is preferred. Card and tap-to-pay transactions at the studio may be subject to a processing fee. Available payment methods can vary at conventions and guest spots, so please confirm before your appointment if necessary.
